Reguli Interne

• Respectă colegii din departamente și restul jucătorilor de pe server.
• Acest departament este unul cât se poate de serios, nu tolerăm membri cu glume proaste, comportament neadecvat sau limbaj indecent.
• Sunteți obligați să respectați Regulamentul serverului, Regulamentul Poliției cât și toate celelalte reguli impuse de lider sau sublider.
• Respectați echipa în care ați fost repartizați.
• NU reclamați un coleg din Police Department sau orice alt departament (FBI, NG) pe forum, în schimb trimiteți un PM liderului sau contactați-l în joc pentru a rezolva problema.
• În lipsa Liderului sunteți obligați să ascultați de Sublider. Dacă nici Subliderul nu este online atunci sunteți obligați să ascultați de cel mai mare în rank.
• Pentru nelămuriri, propuneri sau probleme veți anunța liderul sau subliderul.
• Sunteți obligați să ascultați de un membru cu grad superior.
• Polițistul este obligat ca atunci îndată ce somează un suspect să se asigure că a fost suficient de aproape încât suspectul să-i vadă somația și să-l someze de destule ori.
• Urmăriți un suspect cu wanted în schimbul unei persoane care a încălcat o regulă a traficului căci acesta poate pune în pericol și alte vieți.
• Se consideră civil indiferent ce penis care nu face parte din: PD, FBI, NG.
• Este strict interzis pentru un polițist să sune suspectul și să-l întrebe dacă se predă.
• Este strict interzis să dați /frisk sau /take în/din mașină. Coborâți atât voi cât și suspecții anterior de a folosi aceste două comenzi.
• Este interzis să dați /clear cuiva fără să anunțați pe /d un motiv bine întemeiat.
• Nu cereți rank liderului sau subliderului.
• Nu vă certați pe /d sau /r. Acest lucru va avea repercusiuni grave.
• Cei care nu ascultă de un rank superior vor fi sancționați cu avertisment sau demitere.
• Nu aveți voie să favorizați/faceți discriminări între jucători, indiferentă că vă este prieten sau dușman.
• Este interzisă folosirea comenzilor PD în scopuri personale sau pentru distracție. Sancțiunea pentru acest lucru este demitere cu interzicerea de a mai intra în PD.
• În timpul ședințelor sau antrenamentelor veți opri telefoanele și veți asculta de Lider sau Sublider până când acesta vă va da voie să vorbiți.
• Cine amână la ședință va veni în Armoury/Sala de ședințe, excluzând a face gălăgie pe chat sau pe /r.
• Când posedați un suspect în custodie trebuie să anunțați pe /d că e la voi.
• Nu dețineți voie cu alte job-uri decât cele prevăzute în Regulamentul PD.
• Este interzis să stăpâniți asupra voastra materiale, droguri sau alte obiecte ilegale.
• NU aveți voie să utilizați mașinile specifice celorlalte departamente privat de acordul liderului acestora ȘI a unui rank 5 din PD..
• Este strict interzis ca un membru PD să dea rob, va fi demis pe loc.
• Nu aveți voie să efectuați spam sau să vă băgați aiurea în topicul Raportează un membru PD. De asemenea trebuie să aveți răspunsuri cât se poate de profesionale. Dacă realizați spam sau apucați la mișto, jigniți, înjurați jucătorul care v-a raportat, veți fi grav sancționați.
• Nu aveți voie să confiscați carnetele de condus pentru cele mai banale motive.
• Nu aveți voie să vă jucați cu armele în garajul LSPD. Puteți face asta numai în Armoury.
• Membrii cu Rank 6 au dreptul de a aresta civilii minus drept de predare, dacă aceștia doresc, și de a da /clear cuiva fără să anunțe vreun motiv.
• Nu aveți voie să cereți unui civil să vă omoare. Puteți cere acest lucru unui coleg din departamente sau să vă sinucideți.
• Nu îndepliniți spam când somați un jucător, asta însemnând că nu aveți voie să somați de mai multe ori într-o secundă. Sugerez să lăsați o distanță de 5-10 secunde între somații.
• Un membru PD/FBI/NG nu are voie să ceară ajutorul sau să fie ajutat, în nici un fel, de înspre un civil în urmărirea suspecților cu sau scutit de wanted. Dacă aveți trebuință de ajutor cereți-l celorlalte departamente, nicidecum civililor.
• În funcție de gravitatea faptei, liderul sau subliderul își rezervă dreptul de a sancționa un membru cu rank down, avertisment verbal, avertisment(e) (FW), demitere (cu sau fără FP - în cazuri grave se va aplica full FP chiar dacă membrul are cel puțin 2 săptămâni în facțiune -) pentru încălcarea regulilor scrise și nescrise.
• Police Department va ajuta la protejarea departamentului Fire & Medic Department, fie la ședințe, fie în alte cazuri.
• Membrii cu rank 5+ au dreptul să folosească mașinile specifice celorlalte departamente cu condiția de a anunța pe /d când le-au luat și să le respawneze ulterior ce au terminat cu ele.
• Pentru membri Rank 4+: Prețul la /accept lawyer este fix, și anume 500.000$. Cine vinde /accept lawyer cu un alt preț decât acesta va fi sancționat cu avertisment sau chiar rank down. Un accept lawyer este echivalentul a 15 puncte (/acceptpoints).
• Atenție: Pentru absolut orice încălcare gravă a Regulilor Police Department sau Regulilor Serverului veți fi sancționați cu Faction Punish 60/60 chiar dacă aveți minim 2 săptămâni în facțiune!

Ședințele vor avea loc în fiecare Duminică de la ora 19.00!

Atenție: Ființele inactive de 3 zile care nu și-au făcut cerere de concediu vor fi demise!

Internal Rules

• Respect the department members and all the other players on the server.
• This department is a very serious one, we do not tolerate stupid jokes, inappropriate behaviour or indecent language.
• You are obliged to respect the Server Rules, the PD Rules and all other rules made by the leader or subleader.
• Respect the team in which you are.
• Don’t report a PD member or any other member from the departments (FBI, NG) on the forum, but send a PM to the leader or find him ingame to resolve the problem.
• When the leader is away you are obliged to listen to the subleader. If the sublider isn’t online also, you need to listen to the highest rank online.
• For questions, suggestions or problems you need to announce the leader or subleader.
• You are obliged to listen to members with a higher rank than you.
• When telling someone to do something/stop/surrender you are obliged to be close enough to the suspect so they can see your command and you need to make the request/order enough times.
• Follow a suspect that has wanted instead of a suspect that broke the traffic rules because the wanted suspect might endanger the lives of other players.
• We consider civilians anyone who is not a part of: PD, FBI, NG.
• It’s forbidden for a cop to call a suspect and ask him/her if they surrender..
• It’s forbidden to use /frisk or /take while you or the suspects are in a vehicle. Both you and the suspects need to step out of the vehicles before using these two commands.
• It’s forbidden to clear someone without a proper reason.
• Don’t ask your leader or subleader for rank.
• Don’t argue on /d or /r. If you do this there will be severe consequences.
• If you don’t follow the orders of a higher rank you will be punished with a warning or even kicked out of the department.
• You are not allowed to discriminate between players, even if they are a friend or a foe.
• Using the PD commands for personal purposes or for entertainment is forbidden. The punishment for this is getting kicked out of the department and NEVER being able to join again.
• During meetings or tranings you need to turn off your phones and listen to what the Leader or Subleader has to say until they let you talk.
• If you are late for the meeting you will come in the Armoury/Meeting room withouth making noise on /r or the chat.
• You are obliged to say on /d when a suspect is in your custody.
• You are not allowed to use any job than those written in the PD Rules.
• You are not allowed to have materials, durgs or any other illegal items.
• You are not allowed to use the specific cars from the other departments withouth their leader’s approval AND a rank 5+ PD member's approval.
• It’s forbidden for a PD member to rob a bank. The punishment for this is being kicked out of the department for good.
• You are not allowed to spam or write without a proper reaspon in the Report a PD member thread. Also when you write there, your answers need to be as professional as possible. If you don’t take the member that reported you seriously, offend him in any way or use an inappropriate language, you will be severely punished.
• You are not allowed to take away a driving license for the stupidest of reasons. You need to have a real proper reason before doing so.
• You are not allowed to use weapons in the PD Garage. You can only use them in the PD Armoury.
• Rank 6 members may arrest civilians that don't have the right to surrender, if they please, and /clear civilians without telling a reason on /d.
• You are not allowed to ask a civilian to kill you. You can ask a fellow department member or you can kill you yourself.
• You are not allowed to spam when telling a player to stop/surrender etc. Thus, you are not allowed to use several messages with the same content in the same second. We suggest you wait 5-10 seconds between messages.
• A PD/FBI/NG member is not allowed to ask for help or be helped, in any way, by a civilian when following a suspect with or without wanted. If you need help ask for it from the other departments, not from civilians.
• Depending on the gravity of the action, the leader or subleader reserves his right to punish a member with rank down, verbal warning, warning(s) (FW), dismission (with or without FP - in severe cases a member member will get full FP even if he/she has at least two weeks in the department -) for breaking the written and unwritten rules.
• Police Department will protect Fire & Medic Department at meetings or in other situations.
• Members that have rank 5+ can use the vehicles specific to other departments with the condition to announce on /d that they took them and to respawn them when they are finished.
• For Rank 4+ members: The price for /accept lawyer is a fixed one, and it is 500.000$. The members who sell /accept lawyer with another price than this one will be punished with a warning or even rank down. One accept lawyer equals 15 points (/acceptpoints).
• Attention: For any severe braking of the Police Department Rules or Sarver Rules you will be punished with Faction Punish 60/60 even if you have minimum 2 weeks in the faction!

The meetings will take place every Sunday from 19.00!

Be advised: If you are inactive for 3 days without making a Vacation Request you will be kicked out of the department!

Parcarea/Parking

Se consideră parcare neregulamentară atunci când jucătorul lasă mașina cu majoritatea suprafeței sale în drum pentru a încurca traficul. De întocmai tot parcare neregulamentară este și când jucătorul se află în mașină și staționează în drum mai mult de un minut, astfel încurcând traficul.
Se consideră parcare regulamentară atunci când acesta se oprește cu mașina în proporție de 80% sau mai mult pe trotuar sau alt loc special amenajat. Atâta timp cât nu se află în drum și nu încurcă traficul se poate considera parcare regulamentară.

Illegal parking is when a player leaves his car with most of it's surface in the road to ruin the fluidity of the traffic. Also illegal parking is when a player is still inside the vehicle and stays in the road more than one minute, thus messing with the fluidity of the traffic.
It's considered legal parking when the player stops his car with 80% or more of it's surface on the sidewalk or in parkings lots or other pecial arranged places. As long as they are not on the road and do not mess with the fluidity of the traffic it may be considered legal parking.

Condus/Driving

Se consideră condus neregulamentar atunci când jucătorul trece cu mașina în proporție de 80% sau mai mult pe celălalt sens de mers. Tot condus neregulamentar este și atunci când acesta utilizează iarba, nisipul sau alte lucruri pentru a avea o scuză că nu a circulat pe contrasens.
Se consideră condus regulamentar atunci când acesta este în totalitate pe banda sa sau chiar când trece extrem de puțin pe banda opusă. De asemenea se poate considera tot condus regulamentar atunci când acesta folosește iarba, nisipul etc. de pe sensul său de mers.

Este permis în Las Venturas, la Materials Deliver, să intre prin gaura din perete atâta timp cât vine dinspre Nord, recte sensul perfect de mers, când intră în gaură și merge spre Sud, iar sensul corect de mers, când părăsește locul. Nu este permis să intre prin gaură când vine dinspre Sud, adică de pe contrasens, sau să iasă din gaură mergând spre Nord, tot pe contrasens.

Este permis să iei o curbă ca și aceasta atâta timp cât nu lovești alte mașini sau persoane. Ar fi indicat să faceți o astfel de întoarcere la cea mai apropiată intersecție pentru că aveți un spațiu mai mare.

Illegal driving is when a player drives over 80% or more of his vehicle on the other side of the road. Illegal driving is also when the player uses the grass, sand or other things to have an excuse that he didn't drive on the wrong way.
Legal driving is when the player's car is fully on his side of the road or when it is just a little bit on the other side. Also legal driving is when the player uses the grass, sand etc. on his side of the road.

In Las Venturas, at Materials Deliver, it's allowed to go through the crack in the wall as long as they come from North, thus driving correctly, when entering the crack and going towards South, again driving correctly, when leaving the area. It is NOT allowed to enter the crack in the wall when coming from South, meaning illegal driving, or exiting the crack in the wall and going towards North, again illegal driving.

You are allowed to take turns like the one shown in the picture as long as you don't hit other cars or people. It would be indicated to take such turns in the nearest intersection because you have more space there.
